My name is Brian Bland, and I’m proud to be the owner of iRestore, Tennessee’s trusted mold and water damage restoration company. My mission has always been simple: to help families and businesses recover quickly, safely, and affordably when disaster strikes.
I began this journey many years ago in St. James City, Florida, where I founded iMold and grew it into one of the largest and most respected restoration companies in Southwest Florida. With over 30 years of experience as a successful business owner and a track record of earning some of the highest customer reviews in the industry, I’ve built my reputation on integrity, expertise, and results.
In Florida, I held a Qualified General Contractor license for 30 years, in addition to maintaining current licenses as a State of Florida Licensed Mold Inspector and a State of Florida Licensed Mold Remediator. These credentials remain active today and reflect my ongoing commitment to the highest professional standards in restoration.
After selling most of my Florida company, I chose to focus on Tennessee — a place my family and I have loved for more than 20 years. For decades, we traveled here several times a year, and now we’re proud to finally call it home for good.
Helping people through difficult times is more than just my career — it’s my calling. I’ve seen firsthand the emotional, financial, and health impacts caused by water damage and toxic mold exposure, and I’ve dedicated my life to being a resource people can count on.
My background as a Navy Seabee gave me the foundation to succeed in this mission. I received extensive training in mold remediation, lead and asbestos removal, HVAC, plumbing, leak detection, electrical work, and construction — and I was honored to earn the Good Conduct Medal during my service. Since then, I’ve completed every major certification in the restoration industry, ensuring that my clients always receive the highest level of expertise and care.
